THIS TEXT IS THE CONTRACT THAT GOVERNS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN AL AIN FOOD & BEVERAGES PJSC (“Al AIN WATER”) AND YOU (THE CONSUMER) IN CONTRACTING THE ACTIVATION OF THE PROMOTION. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION ARE POSTED ON AL AIN WATER FACEBOOK PAGE. AL AIN WATER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVISE THOSE TERMS & CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF SUCH REVISION(S) BY POSTING AN UPDATED VERSION ON AL AIN WATER FACEBOOK PAGE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REGULAR REVIEW OF THOSE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1. The Promotion is an Al Ain Water property.
2. The Promotion is on the “Home Office Delivery ‘HOD’ Business” of Al Ain Water & Al Ain Zero products only.
3. The Promotion is only on these SKUs’: Al Ain Regular 5 Gallon & Al Ain Zero 5 Gallon (the “Promotional Products”)
4. This Promotion is only applicable to Consumer who purchased any of the above mentioned Promotional Products.
5. The promotion mechanism is as below:
   1. The Consumer will download the Al Ain Water application from the app/ play store, complete the registration process, top up wallet & subscribe to their favorite 5 Gallon Product, from the list of above mentioned Promotional Products. There will be a minimum of 15 AED refundable deposit charged per bottle.
   2. On delivery of every such Promotional Product, the Consumer will receive a unique Facebook messenger code via the application push notification.
   3. Visit www.alainwinner.com and follow the instructions
   4. The Consumer will immediately get a response through a chat bot messenger letting them know if they have won or not (Gold Worth Up to 500,000 AED).
6. The Promotion will run from January 28, 2021 till February 28, 2021.
7. The Promotion will only cover the UAE.
8. The Promotion is valid for only those Consumers who download & retrieve the code from the application.
9. The Consumers are required to have a Facebook account and must have “Liked” the Al Ain Facebook page in order to be eligible for this Promotion.
10. The Consumer should be above age of 18 years and should have a valid Passport (not expiring within 6 months).
11. To Claim the prize:
    1. Winners to get in touch with the agency (the “Agency”) on the contact details mentioned in the message.

1. Winner to share the details as requested by the Agency 1) scanned copy of Emirates ID 2) screen shot of the winning message 3) Screenshot of the unique winning code in the application notification screen 4) Screenshot of ‘My Profile’ page in the application showing the customer ID # 5) winners full name & contact details.
2. On receipt of the above mentioned details, and their verification & confirmation by the Agency to the winner. The winner will have to collect the prize from the designated location shared by the Agency.

12. Winners shall sign an acknowledgment letter post acceptance of the prize stating receipt of the prize.
13. Winners will be asked for their photos to be captured while receiving their prizes for documenting and Al Ain Water reserves the right to use the images for any marketing or promotional purpose.
14. If any winner is subsequently found ineligible to participate in the Promotion, Al Ain Water may at its sole discretion, forfeit or reclaim the prize and award or dispose of the same in such manner and to such person as it deems fit.
15. Al Ain Water’s decision in all matters to do with the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The prize is nontransferable and nonrefundable for any reason whatsoever.
17. The prize is not payable / redeemable in terms of cash / credit note / any item regardless of nature and value.
18. Al Ain Water shall not be responsible for anything related to the prize after receiving and during the use of it.
19. Any dispute shall be adjudicated upon by the Courts at Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
