الشروط والأحكام

 

 

 

The Promotion is organized and promoted by Al Ain Food & Beverages PJSC - an Agthia Group PJSC Company (“Al Ain Water” or “Company”).

 

العرض الترويجي مُنظم ومروج له من شركة العين للأغذية والمشروبات ش.م.ع- إحدى شركات مجموعة أغذية ش.م.ع ("مياه العين" أو "الشركة").

This text is the contract that governs the relationship between Al Ain Water and www.noon.com, https://daily.noon.com  ,  www.sivvi.com (the “Partner”) in contracting the activation of the Promotion.

 

يمثل هذا النص العقد الذي يحكم العلاقة بين مياه العين وwww.noon.com، https://daily.noon.com، www.sivvi.com ("الشريك") للتعاقد على تفعيل العرض الترويجي.

The Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”) of the promotion are listed below

 

يرد فيما يلي شروط وأحكام العرض الترويجي.

 

 

 

Article 1: Scope

 

المادة (1): النطاق

a)    Activity duration will be from 7th February till 31st March 2022 (“Promotional Period”).

 

‌أ)    تبدأ مدة النشاط من 7 فبراير إلى 31 مارس 2022 ("الفترة الترويجية")

b)    Any Al Ain Water 5G customer who does a minimum top up of AED 200 to their electronic water wallet will be eligible for one of the below promotion slabs

 

‌ب) أي عميل لمياه العين 5 جالون الذي يشحن محفظة المياه الإلكترونية الخاصة به بمبلغ 200 درهم إماراتي بحد أدنى سيكون مؤهلاً للحصول على إحدى مجموعات العرض الترويجي التالية.

a.    Top up minimum 200 AED with Al Ain Water 5G & get up to 20 AED off your purchase on https://daily.noon.com

 

‌أ.     اشحن المحفظة بمبلغ 200 درهم إماراتي بحد أدنى لللعين للمياه 5 جالون واحصل على خصم يصل إلى 20 درهم إماراتي على مشترياتك عبر  https://daily.noon.com

                 i.     Eligible customers can use the promo code shared via SMS/ Al Ain Water app push notification on checkout cart with noon Grocery

 

1)    يمكن للعملاء المؤهلين استخدام الرمز الترويجي الذي يجرى مشاركته عبر رسالة نصية قصيرة/ إشعارات تطبيق مياه العين على سلة التسوق مع بقالة نون noon Grocery.

               ii.     50% off up to 20 AED for new customers of noon Grocery

 

2)    خصم 50% حتى مبلغ 20 درهم إماراتي لعملاء بقالة نون noon Grocery الجدد.

              iii.     10% off up to 10 AED for existing customers of noon Grocery

 

3)    خصم 10% حتى مبلغ 10 درهم إماراتي لعملاء بقالة نون noon Grocery الحاليين

              iv.     Promo code is valid thrice per customer on noon Grocery

 

4)    يسري الرمز الترويجي ثلاث مرات لكل عميل لبقالة نون noon Grocery.

 

 

 

b.    Top up minimum 300 AED with Al Ain Water 5G & get up to 50 AED off your purchase on  www.noon.com

 

‌ب.  اشحن المحفظة بمبلغ 300 درهم إماراتي بحد أدنى لمياه العين 5 جالون واحصل على خصم يصل إلى 50 درهم إماراتي على مشترياتك عبر  www.noon.com

            i.          Eligible customers can use the promo code shared via SMS/ Al Ain Water app push notification on checkout cart with noon

 

1)    يمكن للعملاء المؤهلين استخدام الرمز الترويجي الذي يجرى مشاركته عبر رسالة نصية قصيرة/ إشعارات تطبيق مياه العين على سلة التسوق مع نون.

           ii.          15% off up to 50 AED for new customers of noon

 

2)    خصم 15% حتى مبلغ 50 درهم إماراتي لعملاء نون الجدد.

         iii.          10% off up to 50 AED for existing customers of noon

 

3)    خصم 10% حتى مبلغ 50 درهم إماراتي لعملاء نون الحاليين.

         iv.          Valid on select noon express items till Mar 31st 2022

 

4)    يسري على منتجات نون إكسبرس المحددة حتى 31 مارس 2022.

           v.          Promo code is valid twice per customer on noon

 

5)    يسري الرمز الترويجي مرتين لكل عميل في نون.

 

 

 

c.     Top up minimum 500 AED with Al Ain Water 5G & get up to 100 AED off your purchase on www.sivvi.com

 

‌ج.   اشحن المحفظة بمبلغ 500 درهم إماراتي بحد أدنى لمياه العين 5 جالون واحصل على خصم يصل إلى 100 درهم إماراتي على مشترياتك عبر  www.sivvi.com

        i.              Eligible customers can use the promo code shared via SMS/ Al Ain Water app push notification on checkout cart with Sivvi

 

1-      يمكن للعملاء المؤهلين استخدام الرمز الترويجي الذي يجرى مشاركته عبر رسالة نصية قصيرة/ إشعارات تطبيق مياه العين على سلة التسوق مع سيفي.

      ii.              20% off up to 100 AED on discounted products

 

2-      خصم 20% حتى مبلغ 100 درهم إماراتي على المنتجات المطبق عليها الخصم.

    iii.              Promo code is valid thrice per customer to use on Sivvi

 

3-      يسري الرمز الترويجي ثلاث مرات لكل عميل لاستخدامه عبر سيفي.

 

 

 

d.    Top up minimum 700 AED with Al Ain Water 5G & get up to 350 AED off your purchase on www.sivvi.com

 

‌د.    اشحن المحفظة بمبلغ 700 درهم إماراتي بحد أدنى لمياه العين 5 جالون واحصل على خصم يصل إلى 350 درهم إماراتي على مشترياتك عبر  www.sivvi.com

                 i.     Eligible customers can use the promo code shared via SMS/ Al Ain Water app push notification on checkout cart with Sivvi

 

1)    يمكن للعملاء المؤهلين استخدام الرمز الترويجي الذي يجرى مشاركته عبر رسالة نصية قصيرة/ إشعارات تطبيق مياه العين على سلة التسوق مع سيفي.

               ii.     30% off up to 350 AED on non-discounted products

 

2)    خصم 30% حتى مبلغ 350 درهم إماراتي على المنتجات غير المطبق عليها الخصم.

              iii.     Promo code is valid thrice per customer to use on Sivvi

 

3)    يسري الرمز الترويجي ثلاث مرات لكل عميل لاستخدامه عبر سيفي.

 

 

 

c)     Every 48 hours, the Company will extract list of all customers who have done a minimum top up of AED 200 & above from Al Ain water from SAP

 

‌أ.      تستخلص الشركة كل 48 ساعة قائمة بجميع العملاء الذين شحنوا بحد أدنى 200 درهم إماراتي وأكثر من مياه العين من ساب SAP.

 

 

 

d)    Customers will be informed via SMS & Al Ain Water app push notification about their promo codes

 

‌ب.   يُبلغ العملاء بالرموز الترويجية الخاصة بهم عبر الرسائل النصية القصيرة وإشعارات تطبيق مياه العين.

e)    Customers can participate in each of the promotion slabs only once during the activation period

 

‌ج.    يمكن للعملاء المشاركة في جميع العروض الترويجية مرة واحدة فقط خلال فترة التفعيل.

 

 

 

Article 2: Participation Conditions & Promotion Mechanism

 

المادة (2): شروط المشاركة وآلية العرض الترويجي

a)     This Promotion applies to those HOD customers (“Customers”) of Al Ain Water 5G who have done a minimum top of up of AED 200 and above in their electronic water wallet

 

‌أ.      يسري هذا العرض الترويجي على عملاء التوصيل للمنازل ("العملاء") لمياه العين 5 جالون الذين شحنوا مبلغ 200 درهم إماراتي بحد أدنى وأكثر في محافظهم الإلكترونية للمياه.

b)     Only Customers who are classified under the Domestic / Citizens & Residents channel & CSD channel in SAP will be eligible to participate

 

‌أ.      يحق فقط للعملاء المصنفين ضمن قناة المواطنين والمقيمين/ المحلي وقناة CSD في ساب SAP المشاركة.

 

c)      In the case of a Customer complaint through our call center regarding

 

‌ب.   في حالة تقديم شكوى من العميل عبر خدمة العملاء لدينا بخصوص:

       I.     Absence of promo code being shared on top up, the Company will investigate the complaint within 48 working hours & accordingly action

 
  1. عدم مشاركة الرمز الترويجي عند شحن المحفظة الإلكترونية، ستحقق الشركة في الشكوى خلال 48 ساعة عمل وتتخذ الإجراءات وفقاً لذلك.

      II.     Promo code not working on Noon’s platform, then the Company to investigate the issue with Noon within 48 working hours of the complaint filing

 
  1. عدم عمل الرمز الترويجي على منصة نون، ستحقق الشركة في المسألة مع نون خلال 48 ساعة عمل من تقديم الشكوى.

 

 

 

 

Article 3: Promotion customers eligibility

 

المادة (3): أهلية العملاء للاستفادة من العرض الترويجي

a)     Employees of Agthia, its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents and their immediate family members are not eligible to join in this Promotion. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any such person from receipt of any prize and/or require the return of any prizes awarded.

 

‌أ.     لا يحق لموظفي أغذية، وشركاتها الفرعية، وأقسامها، وشركاتها التابعة، ووكلائها، وأفراد عائلاتهم المباشرين الاستفادة من هذا العرض الترويجي. وتحتفظ الشركة بالحق في استبعاد أي شخص من الحصول على أي جائزة و/ أو مطالبته بإعادة الجائزة الممنوحة.

 

 

 

Article 4: General Provisions

 

المادة (4): أحكام عامة

a)    This Top-up is not payable / redeemable in terms of credit note / any item regardless of nature and value.

 

‌أ.      لا يمكن الدفع مقابل عملية شحن المحفظة هذه/استرداد قيمتها في صورة سند دائن/ أو أي بند بغض النظر عن الطبيعة والقيمة.

b)    Al Ain Water’s decision in all matters to do with the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

‌أ.      يكون قرار مياه العين في جميع المسائل التي تتعلق بالعرض الترويجي نهائياً ولن يتم النظر في أي مراسلات.

c)   Any dispute shall be subjected to the UAE laws, and adjudicated upon by the Courts at Abu Dhabi, UAE.

 

‌أ.      يخضع أي نزاع إلى قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ويُفصل فيه من المحاكم في أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
